When will my order arrive?
Orders leave us within one working day and usually arrive within two working days of dispatch.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
International
We ship worldwide.
Where do you ship, and how much is it?
Worldwide, by Royal Mail International, usually 4 to 9 days. Delivery starts at £12 to Europe, $24 to the US and £17.75 to the rest of the world. Larger US orders travel by DHL Express. You’ll see the exact price at checkout, based on where you are and how many candles you order.
Will I pay import duties?
You might. Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and aren’t included in our prices.

Changed your mind? That’s fine.
Can I return my candles?
Yes. Send unused candles back in their box within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
How do I send them back?
Email support@pygmalionlondon.com with your order number first and we’ll tell you where to send them.
When will I get my money back?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Arrived damaged?
Candles are delicate travellers.
Something arrived broken. What do I do?
Email support@pygmalionlondon.com with a photo and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement.
A coloured section has come loose. Is it broken?
No. Each candle is poured by hand in sections, and now and then one loosens and rattles slightly. It will still burn safely and beautifully.
