Changed your mind?

Tell us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@pygmalionlondon.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the candles back, unused and in their box. Return postage is paid by you unless the order was faulty.

We’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Arrived broken or faulty?

Email support@pygmalionlondon.com with a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

If a coloured section comes loose and rattles, the candle isn’t faulty. Each candle is poured by hand in sections, and it will still burn safely.

Gifts

Refunds for gifts go to the person who paid for the order.
