Here's how your candles get from us to your table.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within one working day. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get an email with tracking.

United Kingdom

UK delivery is free on orders of £85 and over. Under £85, Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £3.90. Orders usually arrive within two working days of dispatch.

Europe and the rest of the world

We ship to most countries by Royal Mail International, and delivery usually takes 4 to 9 days from dispatch. The cost depends on where you are and how many candles you order, and it's shown at checkout before you pay. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.

United States

US orders usually go by Royal Mail International too, and larger orders travel by DHL Express. The cost depends on how many candles you order and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are set by the customs authority there, not by us, and they're the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel unless they're shown as included at checkout.

Gifts

Sending a candle to someone else? Add a complimentary gift card at checkout and use their address as the delivery address.

Getting your address right

Please check your delivery address before you order. Once a parcel has been dispatched we can't change where it's going, so if you spot a mistake, email us straight away.

Delays, damage and missing parcels

Carriers occasionally run late, especially in busy periods. If your tracking hasn't moved or your parcel hasn't arrived when you expected it, email us and we'll chase it. If something arrives broken or faulty, see our Return and refund policy for what to do.
